Contests
are open to all listeners. No purchase necessary.
Void where prohibited. Per internet privacy laws,
online contests are limited to people 13 years of
age and older. |

Participants
are eligible to win one prize per household every
30 days unless otherwise specified. |
3 |
To
participate in any contest, you must call the phone number given on-air unless otherwise specified.
104.9 the River is not responsible for any technical
or mail difficulties. For example, a call being
disconnected; or late or misdirected mail. |
4 |
Calling
or e-mailing 104.9 the River constitutes prior permission
to use your name, voice, photograph, and likeness
in connection with any promotion on 104.9 the River
or in promotional material. 104.9 the River
waives any claim of royalty, right, or remuneration. |
5 |
Prizes
may not be substituted or transferred, and 104.9 the
River reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes
of comparable value. No warranties are expressed
or implied with any prize, and all prizes are offered
"as is." |

Any additional
costs related to prizes or incurred as results of
accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the
winner. Any applicable federal, state, and local
taxes are the responsibility of the prizewinner.
Any and all federal, state, and local laws apply to
contests. |

Prizes
of any value, unless otherwise specified, must be
picked up at 104.9 the River's offices within 30 calendar
days of winning the prize. Winners living 30
miles or more from 104.9 the River's offices in New Albany may, upon request, have their prize mailed
to them. |

If you
won concert tickets and are directed to pick them
up at "will call", they will be available
at the concert "will call" one hour before the starting
time of the concert unless otherwise specified. |

Employees
of the Christian Voice of Central Ohio, Inc. (CVCO),
volunteers, board members, its underwriters, advertisers,
vendors, and their immediate families are not eligible
to win. |
10 |
104.9 the River reserves the right to supplement or change
contest rules at any time. Decisions of 104.9 the River are final. |
