Jake grew up in Dayton, but didn't stay there too long. He has lived in Green Bay, Sioux Falls, Denver, New Orleans, Dallas, Cleveland, and Minneapolis. He is married to a wonderful woman, Dana, and is blessed with his children Ariel, Ben, Aubrey, and Stephen.

Jake loves that God has been merciful and patient with him.
